She is Past President of the Council of Magistrate Court Judges where she also served as First and Second Vice President, Treasurer as well as First District Representative.

She served as Chair of the Magistrate Court Training Council and serves on the Legislative and Rules Committee of the Council. Judge Moss is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Savannah Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, and the Junior League of Savannah.

Judge Moss received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctor cum laude from Tulane University with a Certificate in Admiralty. Judge Moss is also very involved in her community and church. She and her husband, Parks, have two children.
